At OIXBD, we are committed to providing high-quality video editing services and ensuring client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
If the client cancels the project before any editing work has started, a full refund will be issued.
If the client is not satisfied with the final delivery even after reasonable revisions, they may request a partial refund, depending on how much work has been completed.
2. Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the final project has been delivered and approved by the client.
If the client provides incomplete or incorrect instructions and refuses necessary revisions.
If the client fails to respond for more than 7 days after project delivery.
If the delay or dissatisfaction is due to technical issues on the client’s side, such as slow upload/download speeds or unsupported file formats.
3. Revision Policy:
We offer up to 2 free revisions after the first delivery. Additional revisions may require extra payment. We always encourage clear communication before starting to ensure expectations are met.
4. How to Request a Refund:

Project title
Reason for refund
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Payment Method:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
